教学成果:

长期从事本科、研究生教学工作,承担《专业导论》、《微波技术与天线A》及《无线电技术入门与进阶》多门课程教学,获第三届全国高校教师教学创新大赛校赛国家级一等奖;参与校级教学改革研究项目多项,主持电子信息科学与技术省级一流专业建设,同时获省级二等奖、校级特等奖教学成果奖荣誉,

独立培养硕士、博士研究生共35人,联合培养研究生50余人,其中1人获湖北省长江学子中国大学生自强之星荣誉,多人获国家奖学金、卓越奖学金等奖励,毕业生就业率达100%,均就职于国内外各龙头企业包括华为技术有限公司、荷兰阿斯麦(ASML)公司、长江存储科技有限责任公司等。期间指导研究生、本科生参与各类创新创业竞赛,包括第七届中国国际互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛国家级金奖(我校历史性突破)、第八届中国国际互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛国家级金奖及杰瑞杯第八届中国研究生能源装备创新设计大赛全国一等奖等多项国家级、省部级竞赛奖励。

科学研究

作为项目负责人先后承担国家重点研发计划专项课题、国家自然科学基金等国家级、省部级纵向课题项目10余项,企业横向课题多项,依托所建立的相关产学研配套平台成功推动多项成果转化落地,与多家大型企业形成深度合作,研制成果被市场广泛认可;目前已在PNAS, Nature Communication, Advanced Materials等国际期刊上发表学术论文120余篇,授权国家发明专利20余项;担任Interdisciplinary Materials编委、Chinese Chemical Letter青年编委;先后获英国皇家学会牛顿学者、湖北省人才计划、武汉市人才计划等多项荣誉,并带领团队获湖北省工人先锋号及全国工人先锋号荣誉;2023年入选国家高层次人才计划
